Stonehouse Park Federation is a vibrant, inclusive learning community dedicated to ensuring every child achieves their full potential. We encourage kindness and tolerance among all our students. Pupils are inspired to confidently pursue their aspirations and learn perseverance by viewing challenges as opportunities for growth. Together, they take responsibility and become caring and active citizens who positively impact the world.

Our values and school rules are linked. They are developed to create positive relationships between staff and pupils. We expect good behaviour and attitudes to learning, supported through developed systems of rewards and celebrations.

We celebrate pupils in the following ways:

• using stickers
• giving pupils a chance to show their work to other adults in the school, including headteacher
• Awarding them with a well-done certificate from the headteacher
• Awarding them a certificate in our celebration assembly
• Allowing them to put a marble in the whole class reward jar
• Awarding them a PARK point
• Giving them reward time (as a class) when their reward jar is full
